48 Hour Film Project – Buffalo

Filmmaker Aaron Doolittle returned home this past weekend to take part in his hometown 48 Hour Film Project and we ended up writing, shooting, and delivering a cute little film featuring the work of our excellent cast, Graci Carli, Aaron Doolittle, Robert Bozek, and Marlee Francis.

Come see it this Wednesday if you’re around.

Kenny Stills for New Era NFL

This is a recent edit of some footage I shot in Pasadena at the Rose Bowl a little while ago of  Kenny Stills, wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints. We spent literally only about 40 minutes shooting this stuff (on Red Epic) since scheduling was very, very tight.

Sammy Watkins special for Sports Illustrated

I worked with the fine folks from Maul Media today at the Buffalo Bills training camp in Rochester, NY on a Sammy Watkins feature for Sports Illustrated. I have to say, it’s nice to see a young lad coming up in the world so committed to his work. Expect big things from Sammy, football fans 🙂

The future of robotic technology

Spent a day at DPost recently with excellent makeup and hair stylist, Josselyn Scott shooting an internal video for Moog (a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision motion control products and systems) which featured a faux news program scenario with former Buffalo news anchor, Victoria Hong. I hear the folks at Moog were “thrilled” with the piece and that it produced exactly the results they wanted. Boom!

Rose Bowl X 3

Just got back from working at the famous Rose Bowl Stadium in beautiful Pasadena, California for 3 days with NFL players Marshawn Lynch, Colin Kaepernick, Kenny Stills, and Big Boi of Outkast fame.

photoWe were rollin’ 4 cameras deep with a little help from JR Kraus, Tom Wills, and even Eric Frick on behind-the-scenes patrol. Good times, for sure!

Baltimore is hot.

Just spent a day in Baltimore shooting footage for M&T Bank with Washington Square Films and it was HHOT! It’s a good thing the sun wasn’t out. Ouch.
